With Vantage Conferencing services, you have access to your own private conference room – anytime - anywhere.

No more pre-scheduling of a call or having to talk to an operator.

To start a conference, you simply dial a Toll or a Toll-free phone number, and then enter your access code and moderator PIN.

You tell the other Participants in the conference to call the same number and enter a participant PIN.

There are no reservations required and no operators standing by!

Port Hosting

With Port hosting you can get your business up and running quickly. With our systems already configured and ready to add your customers to them it means a faster time to market. We will also manage the ports so as your business grows we will make sure there is capacity for that growth. We provide the equipment, the technical expertise and location for the system.

Port Management

The equipment is in your facilities but managed remotely by our staff. We can do all the services offered with Port Hosting and you chose the location. The ports are owned by you and we manage everything else having to do with the Bridge, Equipment associated and vendor relations. We will also make recommendations for Security and Reliability.

System Administration

If you own the Equipment and don’t have a skilled staff on hand for the technical knowledge required to provide maintenance or monitoring or you need a System Administrator to assist then we can provide those services to you. Our Sys Admin.’s can do daily checks on the system and notify you if anything is failing. We can also provide Database backups, Systems Checks, Hard Maintenance, Remote Monitoring and e-mail notifications of maintenance and failures if they should arise.
